One for Y’all is the creative cry of Red Pepper ad agency staff members who wanted to use their time and talents to help survivors of the April 27 tornadoes that devastated Alabama. They have designed very cool T-shirts that are available on-line at a cost of $20 each, plus tax and handling.
Why do they care? Art director Rachael Schendel’s mother and father-in-law live in Cullman, copywriter Joy Sarnacke’s parents live in Woodstock and graphic designer Katie de Souzaborn was raised in Alabama and graduated from Auburn University. They also remember the flooding that hit Nashville so hard in 2010.
We are pleased they choose to send net proceeds to the Community Foundation’s Alabama Tornado Recovery Fund (which meets needs throughout the state) and to the United Way of Cullman County.

Keep an eye on the great ideas coming out of One for Y’all which now offers a “Fixin’ Dixie” shirt to help people across the South through the Salvation Army Disaster Relief fund. And thank you, Red Pepper!
P.S. We’ve already got our shirts!
