In a 2010 presentation to the Private Investors Forum, national consultant Nathan Dungan tackled the challenge faced by families as they try to engage and educate the next generation about money. Dungan, founder of Share Save Spend and author of “Money Sanity Solutions: Linking Money and Meaning,” shared these challenges and some tested solutions with professional advisors and with donor families on Oct. 6 in Birmingham, in two separate programs of the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham.
Find out more on Dungan’s website about the ideas he presented at the previous forum, including five issues: identifying values, learning to earn, making mistakes, communicating and creating a plan. Or view his video about how families can use an Advised Fund to share money values with the next generation.
We hope you had a chance to join the group.
