The Community Foundation does not share personal information, except as required by governmental entities or legal process. Donor names may be recognized in the Community Foundation’s annual report and other forms of public recognition, unless you designate your gift as anonymous.

This website is owned and operated by the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham. Our intention is to inform and educate visitors about our work as a grant maker, community resource, and philanthropic partner to local individuals, families, and corporations. The Foundation is committed to honoring the privacy of all those we work with, including visitors to our website.

The Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham (Community Foundation) is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of personal information entrusted to us by current donors, potential donors, volunteers, and the officers and staff of nonprofit agencies who approach us for funding and the people that they serve.

Like all organizations with a Web presence, the Community Foundation receives standard tracking data when you visit our site.
