Summer Adventures in Learning (SAIL)

Summer Adventures in Learning is a partnership of funders that was developed as part of an action plan to respond to a survey of 37 Birmingham area summer programs, conducted by the National Summer Learning Association in 2011. Philip A. Morris Fund for the Design Arts

The purpose of the Philip A. Morris Fund for Design Arts is to support the role of design arts in building and enhancing communities, as well as to create awareness of design arts in a community context.  Broadly stated, “design arts” include but are not limited to urban planning, design and the built environment; architecture; graphic arts and graphic design; and landscape planning and design.
